Privacy Policy

This is a draft policy, published to satisfy platform review requirements while Right Away is in development. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and will be replaced before any client account goes live.
Who we are
Right Away is a done-for-you customer response service for businesses in the United Arab Emirates, developed and operated by Cloudlift (CLOUDLIFT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS L.L.C S.O.C). We act as a data processor on behalf of the businesses (“Clients”) who subscribe to our service; each Client is the controller of their own customers’ data.
What we access, and why
- WhatsApp messages. With a Client’s authorisation, we connect to their WhatsApp Business Account (via Meta’s Embedded Signup) to send and receive messages on their behalf, so their customers’ enquiries are answered automatically.
- Google Business Profile. With a Client’s authorisation, we access their Google Business Profile to read and reply to reviews, and to send review requests to customers the Client has told us they served.
- Knowledge base material. Clients supply information about their business (services, prices, hours, policies) so the agent can answer accurately.
What we do not do
- We do not use Client or customer data to train shared or third-party AI models.
- We do not sell data to any third party.
- We do not access Google or WhatsApp data for any purpose the Client has not authorised.
How long we keep it
Conversation and review data is retained for as long as a Client’s account is active, plus a limited period afterward for support and legal purposes. A Client may request deletion at any time (see “Deleting your data” below).
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (hosting, the WhatsApp Business Platform, Google’s APIs, and the AI model provider we use to generate replies), each bound by their own data-processing terms.
Deleting your data
A Client, or a Client’s customer, may request deletion of their data by emailing support@rightaway.me. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the process.
