Terms of Service

This is a draft, published to satisfy platform review requirements while Right Away is in development. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and will be replaced by a signed service agreement before any client account goes live.
The service
Right Away is developed and operated by Cloudlift (CLOUDLIFT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS L.L.C S.O.C). It sets up, runs and tunes an automated WhatsApp response agent and, where subscribed, a Google Reviews service, on behalf of a Client business.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. A one-time setup fee applies at signup. WhatsApp message fees are billed directly by Meta to the Client’s own WhatsApp Business Account and are not marked up by Right Away.
What the Client provides
The Client authorises access to their WhatsApp Business Account and Google Business Profile, and supplies accurate information for the knowledge base. The Client remains responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.
What we do not do
We do not make outbound marketing or cold calls. We do not provide medical, legal or financial advice through the agent, regardless of the Client’s industry.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Full limitation-of-liability terms will be set out in the signed service agreement.
